A promising leap of faith for vintage 2021<\/h5>\n

At the hour about to start harvest, there isn’t a better signal of tranquility than to witness how old vines are capable to surmount heat of the summer only to arrive with the desired health.<\/p>\n

Our maturity tests performed these past days are indicating with precision the optimal date for harvest.
