Lovely notes of rose petals, dried roses, orange and citrus. Full and fresh palate with pleasant hints of chamomile brew, rock tea and apples. With a certain structure that prepares it to live for many years and very mineral.
Wine of great character, strength and soul. Made following the ancient tradition of elaborating white wines by macerating the must with the skins. In our area they are known as Brisados or Brisats and are currently called Amber or Orange Wines.
