A promising leap of faith for vintage 2021

At the hour about to start harvest, there isn’t a better signal of tranquility than to witness how old vines are capable to surmount heat of the summer only to arrive with the desired health.

Our maturity tests performed these past days are indicating with precision the optimal date for harvest. We must advance that after 1 year of work on the farm, the fruits are now best indicator of a very promising start of the 2021 vintage.
